We will begin the evening in the Chefs' Garden with cocktails crafted with Tito's Handmade Vodka and farm botanicals by 22Fresh and tasty bites from our chef brigade. Some will leave after cocktails, but likely most of us, will then gather at our harvest table in the Gathering Barn where notable Houston chefs Erin O'Leary Stewart, Timothy Hughes, Mayank Istwal and Shivek Suri will present their multi-course meal crafted from the bounty of Hope Farms' fields and local makers--including Jolie Vue Farms' pasture raised pork, Brother's Produce and Sysco premium purveyors. A selection of matched wines and St. Arnold's Beer will complement the meal.
