Charles Clark, Ibiza, Coppa Ristorante, Coppa Osteria, Punk's

At age 17, Chef Charles Clark realized he had a flair for food, and left his hometown of DeQuincy, Louisiana to follow his passion in Dallas, Texas.  While there, he studied under some of the city's most talented chefs, including Dean Fearing of The Mansion on Turtle Creek and Stephen Pyles of Star Canyon. Following his time in Texas, Clark moved to Europe to study food in France, Italy and Spain before returning to attend the Art Institute of Houston's Culinary School, where he graduated with top honors in 1996. Clark returned to Spain to research menu ideas for Ibiza, where he enjoys a devoted clientele. The Houston Chronicle calls him, "one of Houston's most innovative and versatile chefs."

Charles has given time and time again of his talents to raise money and awareness on behalf of Recipe for Success.
