Native Houstonian Addie D'Agostino opened Relish in summer 2011. Inspired by her mother--owner of Houston's Elegant Edibles--D'Agostino knew she would pursue a career in the kitchen, working with food. Her experience in New York City's renowned culinary scene and exposure to local markets throughout Europe solidified her passion for slow food and created a desire to share her love for local foods and produce while fostering support for community and the environment.
