stephanie-pai-fleck.jpgStephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from American University in D.C. which focuses on marketing and public relations. She attended Catholic University for her Master of Social Work. Her professional job experience includes counseling adults with addiction and mental illness, but her main focus was working with children in foster care who had been sexually, emotionally and physically abused. She also led therapy groups focused on nutrition, personal hygiene, and sex education.

Since 2006 she have been a member of the Junior League of D.C. and of Houston and has previously served with non-profits working with women of domestic violence. She chaired the 2018 Fashion in the Field Luncheon for Recipe for Success Foundation and is co-chairing the 2019 event. She is an avid volunteer at She and her husband, Ryan, have three boys who all enjoy outdoor activities and trying new delicious veggies. Stephanie uses her skills as a licensed clinical social worker to help with RFS programming and direct involvement with bringing fresh produce to children in food deserted areas.
