Lisa J. Mellencamp currently serves as Assistant General Counsel of Enterprise Products. She has more than 30 years of legal experience with an extensive energy background. Prior to joining Enterprise Products, Ms. Mellencamp served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Constellation Energy Partners LLC, and worked with Constellation Energy Resources, Constellation Energy Commodities Group, Inc., Duke Energy Americas and Enron North America Corp. She was also formerly a Partner in the law firms of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and Hutcheson & Grundy, L.L.P. Ms. Mellencamp earned a JD from Boston University Law School and a BA from Colgate University.

Ms. Mellencamp currently serves on the Mental Health America of Greater Houston Foundation Board of Trustees. She previously served on the Board of Mental Health America of Greater Houston, including serving as an Executive Committee member and as Chair of the Public Policy Committee, on the Visionaries Steering Committee of the Neighborhood Centers and as Co-Chair of the Mayor's Advisory Council on Health and Environment for the City of Houston.
