The Boudreauxs bring a double barrel of family engagement in Recipe for Success since our inception. Glen, famously, introduced himself to Gracie at a very early organizational meeting with, "We know all about non-profit organic farming!" Since then they have been tireless advocates for our entire mission, but particularly Hope Farms as we have worked to make that dream a reality.
Besides hands-on engagement and committee work, Glen's firm, Jackson Walker provides all the foundation's legal advice on a pro-bono basis.
Glen received his bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in 1973 and received his J.D. from its law school in 1976. He has been a licensed Texas attorney since 1977. He is currently a partner in the law firm of Jackson Walker. Jackson Walker donates significant time and resources -- regularly on the Red Phone -- to Recipe for Success as the pro bono general counsel. Despite his full schedule, Glen has also made community service a priority, working with Recipe for Success and as a board member of United Cerebral Palsy and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.
Honi and Glen have been married forty years and have three children and two grandchildren. Together, the family owns and operates Jolie Vue Farms, a ranch just 85 miles north of Houston that uses all-natural methods for raising beef pork and chickens. Honi and Glen both sit on the board of the Houston Farmer's Market.
Honi & Glen co-chair the RFS Hope Farms Committee and have worked with Gracie for years to bring that vision to a reality. In 2010, Glen assumed the role of Secretary of the Board.
